The younger generations? Fearless.
Baby boomers and many millennials? Fearful.
But why?
Dislike being on camera.
Don’t know what to say.
Nervous about what others will think.
No idea how to use it + don't want to learn.
What if content creation could help you:
Attract the right talent.
Convert customers.
Build your brand.
My thoughts:
If you're scared of being on camera, then don't. Post your product.
If you don't know what to say, use AI.
If you care about what your peers or family will think, make a choice; be mocked or be stagnant.
If you don't want to learn it; hire someone!
My opinion is that perfectionism and the need for status are so deeply engrained in certain generations that they'd rather walk past the speeding train than try to jump on.
You see, the train isn't stopping. It's going faster and faster making it harder to get on.
